Game play:
Left and right arrows move character left and right, spacebar is jump.
Prototype goal:
Learn to utilize game states and directional collisions. Also experiment with acceleration and drag. Most of the development time went into designing the aspects of the engine such as the directional collision; this game has the potential for becoming more compelling with some tweeking in how the controls handle and in adding more levels that are larger and more elaborate.
Features:
Platforms that can be passed through from the sides and bottom but not the top.
Setting/Premise:
You control a girl who is going around collecting gold coins. Funny thing about people who hoard pots of gold...
Target Audience:
Fans of the platforming genre.
Play time:
Only a couple minutes at most in it's current two-level state
